Easy one to figure out. Shared notes access with another person. During this time, someone with shared access waited until you opened the note to change the 37 by putting in The Rock. That way, it would still show that it has not been changed until after you opened it because his partner waited until the exact moment of him opening the note to change 37 to The Rock. The photo was The Rock the entire time. Im surprised more people do not know about the collaborating feature on notes for Apple

When he first opened the phone on the contacts, the man attempting the trick, he picked one and quickly tapped the name as he flipped the phone over. Then hid that the profile for that contact was already opened. When the owner of the phone was sliding up and down when the phone was upside down, he was still on that specific contact profile. The contact was chosen the entire time, and the list wasn't moving. This was an easy trick to figure out from the video.

I figured out the contacts trick. The people are not actually scrolling it’s already on a contact he chose, it’s just him remembering the name obviously. The way he presents to you makes you believe you chose a random contact making it hard for him to know but you’re really scrolling on a chosen contact. That’s the trick.

He selected habroni's contact, told the guy to scroll and stop whenever (can't scroll when the contact is already open) and then wrote it down on the paper while they all looked at the contact on the guys phone. That's why he handed the phone to him face down.
